Mamoon Al-Azami is a senior advisor to Murabbi and a Community Development Specialist at the Islamic Development Bank (IDB) in Jeddah. He has over two decades of experience in training and self development. He has travelled widely to over 20 countries in Europe, Asia and Africa delivering leadership & management training sessions to NGO and private sector audiences. He speaks four languages fluently and holds four UK degrees including BA (Econ), MA (Econ) from the University of Manchester. He has been with the IDB since 1996 and remains there as one of their leading people development trainers.
Junaid is a partner of Murabbi Consulting, leading the strategy and consultancy aspect of the company. After his BSc, he completed his Executive MBA – being awarded distinction for his work on performance management. Professionally he has nearly 10 years management experience within the third sector with previous involvement in delivering a capacity building and network management programme to community organisations.
