How to Achieve Peak Performance
What makes some people more effective than others? Why do some organisations achieve more than their competitors?
Maybe it’s just luck. Or maybe it’s a realisation that high performance and success can be achieved through a relentless desire to continuously improve and deliver results.
Peak performance is about finding your optimal performance mode and holding on to it. Many people talk about 'being in the zone' or 'being in their element', but few understand why this happens and how to maintain it.
This seminar helps you to understand the key factors that produce peak performance so that you can find it when you need to. The factors (or 'keys') range from chrono-biology, environmental dynamics, goals-focus, physio-spiritual balance, diet, positive psychology among others.
The main presenter - Nabeel Al-Azami is a senior HR professional and Adair Accredited Leadership Development expert, who won the Chairman’s Leadership award two years in a row (2007 & 2008), while working at one of the world’s largest automobile companies. He has also been a finalist for the CIPD ‘HR Professional of the Year 2015 and led a global department to win ‘HR Team of the Year 2015’. His experience spans areas such as talent management, performance management (incl. high performance coaching), business partnering, leadership development, values alignment, conflict resolution, and employment law.
Nabeel of Murabbi Consulting, in conjunction with Makbool Javaid, Head of Employment at Simons Muirhead & Burton will consider this topic and set out a framework for enhancing ones performance drawing on internal and external 'keys'.
