Nabeel Al-Azami is co-founder and director of Murabbi Consulting – a UK based global enterprise specialising in values-based HR & ethical leadership development. He is a senior HR professional and Adair Accredited Leadership expert, who won the Chairman’s Leadership award two years in a row (2007 & 2008), while working at one of the world’s largest automobile companies. He has also been a finalist for the CIPD ‘HR Professional of the Year 2015 and led a global department to win ‘HR Team of the Year 2015’.   He has been listed as a leading global leadership trainer by IRTI, the research and training arm of the Islamic Development Bank (IDB) where he has been a regular guest leadership trainer since 2010, covering topics including spiritual intelligence. He has also been endorsed as a leadership protégé by Prof. John Adair – the world’s first leadership professor.

Junaid Ahmed


Junaid Ahmed is a senior management professional with experience in leadership & self development, HR, corporate services, business, strategy and community development. He has extensive experience and involvement in the third sector and charitable organisations. 

After his BSc, he completed his Executive MBA – being awarded distinction for his work on Organisational Development and Performance Management. Professionally he has over 10 years of management, leadership and training experience within the third sector, and has various accreditations including the Adair ACL and MBTI

(Myers-Briggs) practitioner qualification.

Ashley Arnold – guest speaker (tbc)


Ashley joined Windsor Leadership Trust in 2015 as Head of Business Development and Marketing, having spent his career so far in business and higher education, including research into emotional and spiritual intelligence.


Prior to joining Windsor Leadership he worked for Henley Business School at the University of Reading on Executive Education open and custom programmes, then as Director of MBA and DBA Recruitment, combining the latter as a personal tutor which included delivery of personal development sessions across all modes of their Executive MBAs.
