The Art of Facilitation (Training of Trainers Foundation Level)

Join our experienced facilitators for a unique 1-day 'training of trainers' workshop on the Art of Communication, Presentation and Facilitation skills.

This is a certified foundation level course, ideal for professionals whose careers require effective presentation and facilitation skills, as well as aspiring training professionals. 


Key Themes covered:

  • Understanding the learners journey and needs
  • The physiology and psychology of good communication
  • The 4D approach to preparing a training program or workshop
  • Introduction to Kirkpatrick’s 4 levels of evaluation
  • Bringing the X-Factor – Useful tools, techniques and games

Attendees will also be given the opportunity to deliver a short presentation and receive expert feedback on the day. Note: Future advanced level training and coaching sessions are planned for those who wish to progress further in this area.

Nabeel Al-Azami

Nabeel Al-Azami is Managing Partner at Murabbi Consulting which specializes in values-based HR & ethical leadership development. He is a senior HR specialist, an executive coach (NLP & MBTI practitioner) and Adair Accredited Leadership trainer, who won the Chairman’s Leadership award two years in a row (2007 & 2008), while working at one of the world’s largest automobile firms. He has also been a finalist for the CIPD ‘HR Professional of the Year 2015 and led a global department to win ‘HR Team of the Year 2015’. 
Nabeel has been listed as a leading global leadership trainer by the OIC’s International Development Bank (IDB) where he has been a regular guest leadership trainer since 2010. He has also been endorsed as a leadership protégé by Prof. John Adair – the world’s first leadership professor.

Junaid Ahmed


Junaid Ahmed is a senior management professional with experience in leadership & self development, HR, corporate services, business, strategy and community development. He has extensive experience and involvement in the third sector and charitable organisations. 
After his BSc, he completed his Executive MBA – being awarded distinction for his work on Organisational Development and Performance Management. Professionally he has over 10 years of management, leadership and training experience within the third sector, and has various accreditations including the Adair ACL and MBTI
(Myers-Briggs) practitioner qualification.
