Personal Transformation & Peak Performance - 11 July '10 [Event ended]
Join this special one-day course to enhance your self-awareness, begin the process of transforming your approach to self-development and train yourself to discover your peak performance capability.
About the Course:
We all want to get more out of life. Our faith and spiritual yearning propels us to seek greater heights. But how do we achieve this in practice? This course presents two core elements – Transformation and Performance, which are required to achieve more from ones life.
Personal transformation is about understanding yourself and the process through which you can develop and transform your talents and capabilities to discover your real potential. It considers common obstacles to self development and practical ways of overcoming them. It helps you recognise the difference between those who succumb to obstacles and those who excel in life due to their relentless ability to overcome obstacles and set-backs.
Peak performance is about finding your optimal performance mode and holding on to it. Many people talk about 'being in the zone' or 'being in their element', but few understand why this happens and how to find this when you need it most. This element of the course trains you to understand the key factors that produce peak performance so that you can find it when you need to. These factors range from biological clocks, environmental dynamics, goals-focus, physio-spiritual balance, diet, positive self-talk and other motivational drivers.
By joining this course you will, in a matter of hours, discover the secrets and tools of transforming and performing from a faith centric perspective, to allow you to get the most out of your life.
