PROFILE SUMMARY

Richard has 25 years’ experience of coaching people in Commercial, Charity and Faith-based organisations, along with a deep background in global Human Resources and Organisation Development.

He is qualified as a Business Psychologist, Executive Coach (APECS accredited) and an Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society. Richard was senior director for People and Culture at World Vision International, working nationally, regionally (Asia), and globally. He has been using psychometric profiles for the selection, assessment and development of leaders for many years and across many sectors. Richard further trained at the Academy of Executive Coaching and in 2015 completed a short sabbatical at Syracuse University, New York, on Why CEO’s Fail.

Richard is passionate about developing people and helping them to thrive in some of the most challenging work environments. As an Executive Coach, he helps leaders to be more effective, feel more fulfilled and achieve more balance by working on style, impact, thinking patterns and career plans. Since founding his own company in 2016, he has been coaching CEOs, senior managers in transition and high potential emerging leaders from all over the world.
