Ross Coxon is an acclaimed senior Learning and Development professional and part of Murabbi’s network of associates and expert trainers. He was also a judge for the prestigious Training Journal awards, a Prince II qualified Practitioner, and an Adair accredited leadership trainer.
Ross is also a director at LINGOS (now merging as Humentum) where he provides and oversees the development, delivery and evaluation of the capacity building and training initiatives for the project services team, with a specific focus on PMD Pro – a one week project management program designed for the international development sector. His experience in this field, over the last 14 years, has seen him deliver and support similar activities the world over.
Ross has taught developing communities about environmental protection and worked in the Private Sector in the UK and developed an in-depth and experienced-based
knowledge of the full scope of learning and development processes and practice.
He previously worked as a trainer at the AA and for the DEC charity – IR Worldwide, as the Head of Learning and Development, delivering interventions to over 2,500 learners across 30 countries.
Ross holds a Degree in Geology and Environmental Studies. He lives in Birmingham, in the heart of the UK with his wife and son, and enjoys outdoor pursuits, especially camping out in tents, where he is happiest.
